Folks,

On Sunday, Sept 23, 2001 the Carolina Butterfly Society held 2 butterfly walks at Reynolda Gardens of Wake Forst University; one at 10:00 am and one at 1:30 pm. The weather was great; sunny, light wind, upper 60s to upper 70s.

To guide the non-members around we had plenty of CBS members; Elizabeth Riggs, Charlie Cameron, Lynn & Dennis Burnette, Carolyn & John Turner, Mary Bess and Paige Mulhollan, Martina & Bill Haggard, Mary & Carl Porchey, and myself. Since we were wandering back and forth in some areas, we did not try to keep accurate counts, so I have estimated numbers for some of the species we saw;
