Description: Peachtree Rock is a 460-acre Heritage Preserve in Lexington County, South Carolina. We will look for the colony of Brown Elfin and other early-season butterflies.
Target Species: Brown Elfin
Notes: There are no facilities at this site, but gas stations are nearby. Walk difficulty is easy to moderate. Please bring water, lunch, binoculars, cameras and field guides. Sunscreen, bug spray, long pants and close-toed shoes are highly recommended.
